With the hiring of this service, MACO HENARES will assume full contact with your tenant, so that we will be responsible for reviewing the monthly rental payments, the annual review of compulsory insurance receipts, or any other mandatory conditions according to the lease agreement.
In the same way, MACO HENARES will be in charge of the total contact with the tenant for any incident produced in the property, complaints or requests. This service will only generate a minimum cost of monthly rent established in the contract.
